Today’s Fasting Special Cooked Varai With Special Curry

    Serve for  2 


        Baked Varai  *  2 bowls 

            salt       *  as your convenience 

          skutt     *   2 tabs 

sugar    *   as your convenience

Yogurt   *   1/2 bowl

green chilly *    5 to 6 

  •      PROCEDURE  FOR  VARAI * Bake the varai & wash it with water. Keep  2 bowls water for boiling . After boiling add slowly varai in to it . Keep the gas on slow flame , after few keep lid on it , keep it for 5 minutes. Nice varai is ready. 


        Keep  2 & half bowl water to boil in a pot. Now take skutt, green chilly, yogurt, sugar, salt & cooked varai in a mixture pot . Grind it well make its fine paste &  add it slowly in a boil water. Stir it well . Boil it for some time . Serve it with varai . It gives nice  smell as  well as taste. 

  •       Some items have its natural taste , we have to understand how to cook it so that they didn’t loose their original taste. 
  •         NOTE   Some varai are smaller size some are bigger size so  take water to cooking as looking to size of varai
