Some Points To Keep Body Healthy

Making money  require lots   of time  so we  have to be take care of our health becoming very hard now . How to handle all situations?How to take care of children? How to take care of olden parents as well as how to take care of

our  face? etc in them it become difficult to take care of  health. So  to take care of our body here are some points.

1] When you get in the morning say ”Narayana” as this God is the full form of a  man means complete with good virtues so if we will recite his name that virtues will come in our mind.

2]  If possible first bring flowers in the flowerpot from your garden . Filling flowerpot with flowers indicates you are bringing lot of purity, abundance, prosperity in your home. etc . BeautyFul Flowers: good morning flowers wallpapers

3] If you have habit of doing mediatation or exercise keep fix time for it otherwise  we will lost there only .

4]  Always eat less . It is good for health.

5] Keep courage in any work so that your talent gets good energy .

6] Always keep your stomach lightly so that your should handle all work  properly otherwise we will indulged in fatigue & we can’t  concentrate in our work .

7] Avoid all these things after taking food that is instantly sleep or doing lot of physical work. keeping worries while eating, talking loudly while eating & drinking more water .  These things brings invitation to the acidity as well as to the stomach some dieses like alsur, pancreas problem etc

8] There is a say that don’t drink water anywhre, don’t eat outside food  without any relation, don’t eat without washing hands, don’t give any advice to anyone without asking., Don’t hate people who are big with age. Do not make enemy with  strong one from you & do not make any friendship with anyone if you are not identifying them. Do not believe on any unidentified person, if you can keep all these points with you then you can live stress free life.

9]  Making more time exercise , telling more jokes everywhere, more talking, doing lots of efforts, avoiding sleep , doing more sex, Doing lots of study  is harmful to us . Means doing anything more time is giving trouble to us.

10] The food which we are eating everyday ,if it will not eat or make  with right direction it will create poison in our body.

11]  In winter we must have to seat in front of sun at day time & in the evening  we have to prevent from cold.

12]    In the morning we must have to do prayer & in the night before sleeping also we must have to do prayer before
