How To Make Boiled Moong Soup?

soaking  time full night

time  prep cook total

min        20      10     30

Serve for 1


Moong   1/2 bowl

cumin    1 tab

lemon juice  2 tabs

oil           1 tab

sugar      1 tab

Hing     1/2 pinch

green chilly 2 to 3

garlic      2 to 3 flakes

salt   as your convenience

cumin powder  1 /2  tabs 

PROCEDURE *   1] Take the green Moongs  , soak it for whole night .

2]In the morning remove water from it & keep it to cook in a cooker .

3]Take  1 to 2 whistles. Grind it in the mixture or in a blender .

4] Make paste of green chilly, garlic  etc

5]  Add  1 bowl water in it , then add cumin powder, salt , paste of garlic

Green chilly , sugar , lemon juice in it .

6]Now keep the small pan on the gas .

7]Add cumin’s , pinch of hing in it.

8]wait to splutter it & transfer it in the  liquid moong .

  •      It is very good soup for jaundice patient . As it can increase W B C  count in our blood . As well as it can protect us from harmful germs. It can increase iron content & protein . It should give to the patient with Jowar roti.
