Do You Know How To Make Kaddu Raita?

 serve for 1 


    Middle size Kaddu * 1/2  

     home made metkut *  2 tabs 

     chilly powder *     1/2 tab

      thick Yogrut   *   1/2 bowl 

      bowl  * thick Yogrut 

     salt      *  1/2 tab 

    sugar * 1 teaspoon 

    oil     *  1 tab 

   cumin’s  *   1 tab 

  cumin powder *   1 tab 

  hing 1 pinch 

  mustard seeds * 1 tab

  •      PROCEDURE *    Wash   the Kaddu , remove it’s peel , cut it in to small pieces[ middle size] . Keep these pieces to get the steam with 1/2  cup of water. Add some drops of oil in it to get nice steam  to become  Kaddu smooth.
  •    Now put off the gas, take the pot down side , wait to cool it for a while . Add ingredients home made Metkut, chilly powder, salt, sugar, cumin powder, Yogurt, etc .Stir it well .At last add splutter mustard , cumin’s with hot oil in a live condition. 
  •   Serve KADDU RAITA  with chapatti or roti
