Instant Shabudana Kheer

Time   prep   cook  total

      min      5        5        10 

   Serve for 2 


           shabudana *   1 small bowl 

                sugar      *  2tabs 

         pieces of almonds

                & cashewnuts   *     2 taps 

                       ghee          *     2 tabs

               mil cream         *     1  tab

                  milk                * 250 lit.

                  raisins      *      5 to 6 

PROCEDURE  *     Wash  the shabudana with clean water , keep it for soaking  at  least  4 to 6  hours . Now take this shabudana to make it’s desserts. Keep   some water  to boil , add  shabudana in it , cook it well now add sugar & all remaining ingredients in it/ stir it well. 
     Spread  ghee when you are serving  it.
