Instant Ginger Pickle

Ginger :  20 gm

lemon juice : 2 tablespoon

jaggery  :    20 gm

chilly powder : 1 tablespoon

salt : 1 tablespoon

Mustard pulse : 1 tablespoon

Pomegranate :  1 tablespoon

Hing          : 1 pinch  

PROCEDURE  : Cut the ginger into small pieces. Extract juice of lemon in a small bowl, add grated jaggery into the lemon juice , add chilly powder, hing, mustard pulse & pomegranate in it.

Serve it with chapati, roti , rice etc.
