Thin poha        *          1&1/2 kg

groundnut      *       1  bowl

peanuts          *        1 bowl

curry leaves    *      8 to 10


chivada masala *  3  tabs

salt                  *  1/4 bowl

sugar                  *    1/4 bowl

mustard seeds   *      2 tabs

cumin’s               *        2 tabs

oil                        *     1 &  1/2 bowl

turmeric                 *       1 to 2 tabs

Hing                   *      1  teaspoon

  •      PROCEDURE   *  Take the thin poha in a basket , Bake it  slowly in a pan  till it becomes crunchy . Keep it in a big thali aside. Now take all ingredients in bowl that is  groundnut, peanut, curry leaves, Rambandhu masala, oil, cumin’s, hing,  salt ,sugar etc. Keep the pan on the gas . Pour oil in it wait to heat it, add cumins, mustard seeds, hing, curry leaves, ground nut etc & fry it well. At last add pieces of coconut &  peanut  .Fry it well & slowly pour it in the baked poha , now mix the poha uni formally with the help of spoons
