INGREDIENTS FOR  ALLU TIKKI

  • Varai flour *1bowl
    cooked potato * 3 big size
  • chilly powder * 1 tabs
    cumin powder * 1 tab
    salt * as your convenience
    skutt * as your convenience
  • PROCEDURE FOR IT.*   Take 3 to4 potatoes, cook it in the cooker, remove its peel keep aside
    Take varai flour in a thali, add salt, chilly powder, cumin powder & Skutt. Mix it well, Now crush the cooked potatoes with clean hands, mix it in the varai flour. Knead it properly. Make its small doughs. Make its small size tikki.
    Keep tawa on the gas spread ghee on it & keep tikki’s to bake. Keep the cover on it so that it can bake with the help of steam.

  • INGREDIENTS FOR LEMON PICKLE
    Big size lemon * 5
  • salt * as your convenience
  • chilly powder * 1/2 bowl
    cloves * 4
    cumin & cloves powder * 1/2 bowl
  • sugar * 1/2 bowl    
  • PROCEDURE FOR LEMON PICKLE * Takes big size lemons. Collect all ingredients like salt, sugar, cumin &clove powder, chilly powder, etc. Add it one by one & stir it well. Add one or two cups of water in it7 stir well.
    Keep it in the jar, it can remain good for 1 month
