Crunchy Dahi vade



MIN         30        30       60


Channa dal  : 1 & 1/2 bowl

Moong dal   :  1 bowl

Rice    :       1/2 bowl

Udad dal   : 1/2 bowl

coriander : 1/2 bowl

Green chilly    : 5 to 6

garlic flakes    :  7 to 8

Salt      : 2 atbs

chilly powder : 1 teaspoon

cumin powder :1 tabs

hing : 2 pinch

Oil     : 250 gms

turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon

  PROCEDURE :    Soak, channa dal, udad dal, rice & moong dal in a water at night. In the morning remove its water & grind it in the mixture to make a fine paste. Make a  paste of green chilly, coriander, & garlic flakes. Add this in a paste of dal. Add chilly powder, salt, turmeric powder & 5 to 10 granules of sugar in the paste of all mixtures. Mix it properly.

Take the another pan pour oil into it keep it on the gas .wait to heat it & now fry vada one by one ..fry it till fine red color comes to it.


Dahi :  1/2 kg

sugar : 1 tabs

salt : 2 tabs

coriander : 2 tabs,

ginger : 1 tab grated

Hing : 1  pinch

cumin powder : 1 tabs

oil : 1 tab

cumin: 1 tab

mustard seeds :   1 tabs

PROCEDURE FOR DAHI :    Stir the dahi to make butter milk . Add 1/4 lit water in to it . Add sugar, salt, ginger coriander in to it. Keep small pan on the gas pour 1 tab oil in  to it, add cumins, mustard seeds, wait to spultter it & add it in the butter milk.


Serve the  vade  with this dahi.
