Basundi With Mirchamrut

     Ingredients 

          Milk  *     1 & half lit 

         chenna  *     1 small bowl  

   elaichai powder *    2 teaspoon

          sugar  powder    *     as your convenience.

       PROCEDURE 

  •             Take the nonstick thick pan , pour milk in to it , keep it for boiling  if  you want to make it fast  keep gas fast & sit there to make it with continuous  stirring . If you want to make it slow you can keep gas on slow flame & you can do another work in that time by keeping attention on it & Keeping stirring in between some intervals of time. Now take the channa in a big bowl add some milk in it & make it’s paste & add it in to the basundi. 
  •          So at the end  when it is becoming thick , put the gas off & add  sugar powder after cooling, add elaichai powder in it . 

     TIME FOR MIRCHAMRUT  

       Time   Prep  cook total

          INGREDIENTS 

         Green chilly  *      150 gm 

          tamarind        *        6 to 7 fruits 

           jaggery        *         2 tabs [grated]

         cumin powder *        1 tabs

              oil                 *      2 tabs 

          mustard seeds   *       1 tabs

           home made protein *   2 tabs

                      skutt         *         2 tabs

                         hing      *       1 pinch 

              garam masala  *        1 teaspoon     

  •         PROCEDURE  *  first make solution of tamarind, it must be 1 bowl.  Remove the stalk of chilies , grind it in to the mixture . Now keep the middle size pan on the gas, pour oil in to it, add cumin, mustard seeds  , pinch of hing  &  add grind ed chilies in it , stir it well .Add  skutt, home made protein, garam masala jaggery [grated] in it & stir it  well keep for cooking for one minute . 
  •      It gives very nice taste , it can remain for 2 to 3 days in a fridge. We can serve it with chapati, roti or puri also.

    Hmm it seems like your blog ate my first comment (it was extremely long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I wrote and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog. I too am an aspiring blog writer but I’m still new to everything. Do you have any points for inexperienced blog writers? I’d genuinely appreciate it.
