Vege Kheema Roll


Soya granules :  1 bowl

Onion     :    1 bowl chopped

tomato :      2

ginger, garlic, greenchilly paste  : 1 & half tabspoon

corriander  : 1/2 bowl [chopped]

Chilly powder :  1/2 tabspoon

Garam masala :  1/2 tabspoon

turmeric : 1 teaspoon

Pudina chutney: 2 tabspoon

chat masala :   1 tabspoon

salt : 1 tabspoon

wheatflour :  2 bowls

oil : 2 tabspoon.      

PROCEDURE   : Soak the soya granules in a hot water  for 15 minutes .   Remove extra water from soya . Fry the onion in a pan to become radish brown color.  Add green chilly, ginger, garlic paste in it. Now add soya granules in to it  add turmeric, chilly powder, masala in to it. & stir it for some time. Cook it for some time . 

Make chapati of  wheat flour . Spread  kheema mixture on the chappati . Spread chopped onion, pudina chutney, chat masala on it . Make a roll of it.
