Instant Potato Subj i, Dahi Rice.

INGRADIENTS FOR

POTATO SUBJI

Potato : 1/2 kg

Onion : 2 middle size [chopped]

coriander: 1/2 bowl chopped

Green Chilly :  7 to 8

Hing :  2 pinch

Cumin: 1 tablespoon

Mustard seeds:  1 tablespoon

Kaddi patta : 1 small branch

Oil:               2 tablespoon

Salt :  As your convenience

PROCEDURE FOR SUBJI :   Cook the potatoes in a cooker .Remove the peel of it. Make small pieces of it. Add some salt, sugar in it. Keep the pan on the gas, pour oil in it. Add some cumin, mustard seed, Hing in it. Add pieces of green chilly, chopped onion & fry it for some time Now add pieces of potato & mix it with a spoon. Give steam for it.Serve it with coriander. 

Dahi Rice Ingredients..:

Cooked Rice: 1/2 kg

Dahi:   200gm

Sugar:      1 tablespoon

Coriander:  1/2 bowl

Green Chilly: 7 to 8

Groundnut:   20gm

Home made proteion: 2 tablespoon

Take cooked rice in a pan, It should be cool. Make it free by hand, add  home made protein, sugar, salt & Dahi in it. Mix it properly . Now keep the small pan on the gas, add some oil , cumins, mustard seeds, green chilly & ground nut in it.. Fry it for some time. Serve it with coriander . It also gives different taste. & we can make it instantly .
