Crunchy Shabudana Wade With Chutney

Shabudana wade


Shabudana  Khichadi :  250 gm

Cooked Bhagar   :       250 gm

Skutt :                         250 gm

wheat flour     :     250 gm

Salt  :          1 tablespoon

Chilly powder: 2 tablespoon

Dahi :   2 tablespoon

Oil    :   250 gm 

PROCEDURE :  Take all ingredients in a thali. Mix it properly. Make Wade from it. Keep the pan on the gas. Pour oil in it. Fry the Wada’s in it. These are having less oil, as i have used all cooked material. It can fry early also. & it becomes crunchy  & tasty to eat.

It can serve with Dahi mix chutney
