New Allu Tikki

Ingradients :

Potato :  1/2 kg

wheat flour :1 bowl

garlic   :   4 to 5 petals

Green chilly :  5

Ginger  : as you wish

Cumin 1 tablespoon

turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon

coriander :    1/4 bowl

salt     :  1 tablespoon

oil       :   3 to 4 tablespoon.

PROCEDURE  :   Cook the potatoes in the cooker completely. Remove its peel. Now make a paste of coriander, green chilly, cumin, ginger in a mixture. Bake the wheat flour into the pan till red color forms. Add wheat flour & paste of green chilly & all. Add salt. Crush the potatoes with hands. Mix all the ingredients properly. Knead it neatly. Now take the oil in the small bowl. Make the potatoes mixture soft by applying oil on it. Make a small dough with keeping oil on hand. Keep tawa on the gas. Pour some oil on it, keep Tikki on it & bake it properly with both sides.

Serve it with pickle or with any chutney.
