Nachanicha Upama


sprouted nachani:  1 bowl   

Sprouted Mataki:   1 bowl

grated carrot:     1/2 bowl

grated cucumber: 1/2 bowl

chopped coriander : 1/2 bowl

Green chilly: 4 to 5

salSalt:1 tablespoon

Sugar  :     1 tablespoon

Oil :     2 tablespoon

Cumin : 1 tablespoon

Paste of ginger & garlic : 1 tablespoon

kaddi patta : 4 to 5 leaves

lemon juice :  1 tablespoon

Mustard seeds : 1 tablespoon

turmeric : 1 teaspon      

PROCEDURE:  Pour the oil into the pan. Add cumin, mustard seeds, a pinch of hing, kaddipatta, after heating oil. Now add grated carrot, cucumber, garlic & ginger paste, pieces of green chilly. Keep it for steaming for a while. Now add sprouted nachani in it. & all remaining ingredients in it. Stir it well. Keep it on the gas for 4to 5 minutes . & serve it by spreading coriander on it.
