Masala Bhendi with Chapati
1] Bhendi :500gm
3] Onion : 1 chopped
4] paste of cumin&garlic : 2 tablespoon
5]coriander : 10 gm
6]Chilly powder: 2 table spoon
7] Everest Masala: 2tablespoon
8] groundnut skutt :2tablespoon
9] oil : 2 tablespoon
10] Mustard seeds: 1 tablespoon
11] Salt : 2 tablespoon , or as u wish
Wash the ladies finger with clean water. Wipe it with clean cloth. Cut it in a small pieces as you wish. Now keep pan on the gas, pour oil in it, after heating oil add mastured seed in it . After 2 minutes add chopped onion,fry it up to red color to came.then add tomato pieces fry for 2 minutes. Now add ladies finger in it. fry it for 2 minutes, then add everest masala, chilly powder, salt, groundnut skutt ,paste of garlic & cumin .Stir it for 3 minutes. Best Masala Bhendi is ready to eat.
Serve it with Chapati, lemon pickle or groundnut chutney etc.
