Instant Date’s Laddu with less ingradients



Wheat Flour :  2 bowls

Ghee    :             1/4 small bowl

Dates  :  100 gm

Elaichai powder : 1 teaspoon

jaggery  :  20 gm

PROCEDURE  : Remove seeds of the dates.  Bake the wheat flour with the ghee till red color comes & khamang smell comes everywhere. Now mix the dates with wheat flour & jaggery. Grind it in the mixer to mix properly. Now makes laddu with it.

This laddu should eat early in the morning before eating anything or drink anything. We can add it fried gum, grated coconut also. to increase its nutrient value
