Hakka Noodles Step BY Step Process

Let us make noodles at home  step by step 


  1] China noodles: 1 pocket

  2] Oil: Your convenience

 3] Soya sauce: 1/2 teaspoon

4] Garlic: 5 petals  

5] Ginger:1/2 inch  

6] Green Chilly;2  

7] Chilly Sauce: 1 teaspoon

8] Salt – As your taste  

Vinegar: 1/2 teaspoon

Vegetables: 1

Simla Mirchi:  1

Carrot: 2 middle size

Cornflower: chopped 1/2 bowl

spring onion: 1/2 bowl

Cooked noodles:

  PROCEDURE:  Keep enough water in a pot to boil, add  1 tablespoon salt & 1 tablespoon oil in it. Keep it for 2 minutes to boil. Don’t cook noodles for more time .when noodles cooked remove water from it with the help of sieves. Spread some oil on noodles.

Make a paste of garlic & green chilly.    

   Keep oil to heat in the pan .add all vegetables in it, cook vegetable half, add soya sauce &salt. Then add cooked noodles in it. Keep these noodles to get the steam for 2 minutes . Serve it with coriander.
