Gujarati Samosa

 Ingradients

    Wet crisp: 1 cup

MIX VEGETABLES;  POTATO, CARROT, BEANS, FLOWER, SIMLA MIRCHI, [CHOPPED]

Sesame: tablespoon

oil :  2 tablespoon

Mustard seeds:  1 tablespoon,

lemon juice:   1 tablespoon

Sugar: as your taste,

Salt: As your convenience

chilly powder: 1 tablespoon.

For cover : Take 2 cup maida,

baking powder: 1/2 teaspoon

salt: for taste

oil : 2 tablespoon

PROCEDURE :  First cook the vegetables in the cooker.  Keep the pan on the gas pour oil in it.then add mustard seeds, cumin, ginger ,all vegetables, crisp, etc. After cooling add cumin & dhaniya powder, sugar ,salt ,lemon juice etc.    

Take the maida in a round pot, add the small amount of water slowly 2 to 3 times knead it nicely. Put some oil to make it soft. Make its roll. Add above Saran in it . Fry it. Serve it with tamarind chutney .
