Easy Way To Make Moong Kabab


Soaked Moong : 2 bowls

Pudins leaves LEAVES : 1/4 bowls

Spinach : 10 to 15 leaves

Potatoes [cooked ] : 2

Cornflour : 1 tablespoon

Ginger : 1& half inch

Garlic : 5 to 6 flakes

Green chillies : 5 to 6

Onion :  1 chopped

Bread floor: 1 bowl

Oil : 1/4  bowl

Salt : 1 tablespoon

Masala : 1/2 teaspoon

Lemon : 1/2


Cook pudina, Moong, spinach etc. Add grated potato in it. Make a paste of ginger, garlic, green chilly. Add lemon juice, coriander, cornflower, salt in it . Mix all ingredients properly. Knead it carefully to make a nice dough. Now fry it into the pan.

Serve it with tomato sauce or any chutney you prefer.
