Dal Fry With Curry

TODAY’S LUNCH

Dal Fry, Curry, Chutney, Chapatti

INGREDIENTS FOR DAL FRY

1] Toor Daal :  1bowl

2] Tomato :1

3] Onion :  1 big size.

4] Paste of Garlic,

Cumin, Dhaniya:  2 teaspoon

5] Chilly powder : 2 tablespoon

6] Everest Masala : 2 teaspoon

7] Turmeric powder : 1teaspoon

8] Ginger : small pieces.

9]    Oil :  2 tablespoon

10]  Mustard seeds : 1tablespoon

PROCEDURE OF DAL FRY

Keep toor dal to soak in a pot with hot water for 20 minutes before the start to cook. Cut the onion, tomato into small pieces. Make the paste of garlic, dhania, cumin etc. Now keep the pan on the gas, pour oil in it , after heating oil add mustard seeds in it. Add onion & fry it up to red color come now add tomato fry it for 2 minutes. Add soaked toor dal in it , add remaining ingredients in it . Add small amount of water in it Keep it to get smooth dal .

INGREDIENTS OF CURRY

1] Dahi : 250gm

2] Basen flour: 20gm

3]  Ginger : 1 small piece

4] paste of Cumin, garlic, Dhaniya: 2 tea

Dhaniya:   2 teaspoon

5]Hing : 1 pinch

6] oil : 1 tablespoon,

7] Mustard seeds: 1 tablespoon,

  PROCEDURE  FOR CURRY OF DAHI    

 

Take dahi in a pot, churn it with spoon add some water in it .

then add chana dal flour in it with paste of garlic, dhania, cumin etc . Keep pan on the gas, Add oil  cumin , 1 pinch hing,& mustard seeds in it . After finishing voice add dahi in it . Mix ginger & salt & stir for some time.
