Crunchy Rice Vade With Cucumber

MIN              15         20         35

Serve for 3

INGREDIENTS  :

Cooked rice  :  1/2 kg

Channa flour :  1 bowl

Home made metkut   : 1/2 bowl

Green chilly :    3 to 4

garlic      :     4 to 5 flaks

Oil           :      200gm

Coriander     :    1/2 bowl [chopped

Chilly powder   :    1 tabspoon

Salt            : 2 tabs.

Cucumber   :1 small grated.

PROCEDURE  :   Cook the rice  in a cooker with more water. Rice should become smooth. If you have last night rice it is good to make fast.  Add channa flour, home made Metkut , paste of garlic , green chilly & coriander . Add  grated cucumber in it. Now add  remaining ingredients that is salt, chilly powder, turmeric powder etc.  Crush it properly . Knead it completely with oil in your hand . Now make its vade . Fry it .

Serve it with garlic chutney . IT GIVES VERY NICE TASTE AS WELL AS BECOME CRUNCHY ALSO.

 NOTE :   IT  CAN MAKE EASILY & FAST WITH STALE RICE.
