Bhajanichi Chakali With Yogrut

      INGREDIENTS FOR BHAJANI 

            Chana Dal    *   1/2 kg 

             wheat           *   1 bowl 

             rice                 * 1 bowl 

           poha             * 1 bowl 

     shabudana        * 1/2 bowl 

           Moong dal     * 1 bowl 

           Urad dal      *  1 bowl 

     SPICES FOR IT 

          Dhaniya    *    1/2 bowl 

             cumin’s 1/2 bowl 

               Ajawaine  2 tabs 

                    hing     1 teasp

                   salt      1/2 bowl [small] 

         chilly powder    2 tabs 

turmeric powder    1 tabs

Yogrut  1/2 lit thick

 

  •        PROCEDURE  *  Bake the all grains one by one , brings its flour by grinding .  Now take the above proportion of flours in the big thali, add spices & chilly powder, salt , turmeric etc 
  •       Mix this flour with thick Yogrut. Knead it properly . Fry  it in the more oil till become khuskhus .
